Carlo Pozzo was born in Turin in 1950. He began collaborating with Dr. Attilio Mercalli in 1971 and with his office since 1976, where he carries out pertinent assignments for non-carriage, fire, theft and civil liability.

Until 2015 he is co-owner of the practice, responsible for the Leasing Company and the Banking sector. He also carries out his activity as a technical consultant in litigation and extra-judicial disputes, inspections and drafting of procedures for the prevention of damage, certification of suitability for packing and freight stowage.

He’s been the company’s executive director since 2015.

Adriana Lommi, 57, is the Managing Director with extensive decision-making and contingent powers of ENGINEERING DATA s.r.l. - Via G.B. Vico, 21 - Turin - where she began her business as a secretary in 1977. She grew by consolidating her experience, forming new staff and since 1992 diversifying, she manages all the administrative / accounting part, including staff management. During that time she attended an evening class at the Center Culturelle Francaise for 4 years.

Ivo Panero was born in Turin in 1970. He started working with the practice in 1994, where he has done all of his training and professional training alongside senior members and becoming, quite soon, a partner himself. Operative for Property & Casualty Claims, he then extended its scope to Liability Claims, executing estimates and, in some cases, liquidation of damages for all insurance lines. Today he is responsible for mass claims, he coordinates the junior team of experts alongside the assessment and settlement of damages Numerous and constant updates regarding technical and insurance matters. Silvio Maiaris was born in Turin in 1955. He’s been collaborating with the practice since 1976, carrying out non-auto-liability, non-motor vehicle damages, thefts and liability. He is co owner of the practice and is responsible for the area of damage to goods transported. In 2013 he also assumed the important role of president of the Italian Association of Transport Professionals. He manages and coordinates the work of collaborators and correspondents on national, European and extra-European territory, in order to provide a global service timely for both his Italian and foreign suppliers. Following extensive courses and seminars, since 2005 he has been a consultant for world-class insurance groups in the area of damage to the Product's Civil Liability.
